    We would also like to remind our customers that support requests and emergency reports should be filed using the Trouble Ticketing interface available here or by using any other means indicated in your support contract, otherwise we'll not be able to service your request in the specified amount of time in any other case, and any guarantee indicated in the contract will be void.

    For the transmission of security related information, in particular for information regarding the security of either our or your systems, we suggest you to use cryptographic technology.     Should your message require an encrypted response, we would like to remind you to send us your public key or a valid X509 certificate.
