Has someone hacked your LAN and you don't know who to contact? Is your server down and you don't know what to do?

It often happens that you have a technical or administrative problem. If this problem is delaying your normal business procedures, or it is causing damage to you or to your customers, then you may be facing an emergency. You must quickly solve this problem in a way that will reduce the danger for us, our customers and our users.

When an emergency appears, we are not alwasy prepared to face it. Often our backup systems are either not working or they do not exist because we feel that such problems will not occur, or we are using these resources for other projects. It may also be likely that there is a backup system in place, however it it not functionally up to date.

Most frequently, the employees responsable for monitoring these systems are not present. Therefore, the problem is that the procedure either seems to be not working correctly, or they are not useful because there is no written documentation illustrating how to use the procedure.

Experience teaches us that management this type of emergecny is very difficult. This is because work conditions may be different, or there is no employee automony regarding the system as a whole. Furthermore, even minimal errors have the ability to increase the problem to a higher level. Therefore, experiecne and knowledge are fundamental. Only those who have complete knowledge of this kind of technology are able to solve problems.

Sometimes it is ncecessary to have specific compentanices to face certain problems. It could happen that the security of one of your servers has been compromised...Of course, it is likely that your technicians will be able to bring the system back to its complete functioning abilty, but will they be able to verify if some of your critical, or personal infomation has been stolen? Will they be able to verify whether the hacker created a "backdoor" that will enable them to access the system without being identified?

If my system in completely down, how can I quickly find a new system and a technician to assist in the transfer of old data to a functioning server?

In these (or other) cases, you can make reference to our assistance services that are not limited to only Mosobit clients, that are active 24x7x365. Typically, they answer questions such as:

  • My site in not visible and the assistance is not responding...what can I do?
  • I believe that someone has violated by server...what can I do?
  • A hardware-software failure has made my server unusable. I need to find an availalbe substitute quickly...
  • What can I do if I want to install and configure a Web server, Mail, DNS and others that satisfy specific characteristics, in a short period of time?
  • I absolutely must find out what happened on the server or in my LAN...

Test the ability of our technicians, by using the contacts located in the relative pages..
