in this section, or any other mean specified in your support contract or by following
any of the outlined escalation procedures.
In any other case, if this procedure or the procedures outlined in your support
contract, are not followed, we will be unable to carry out intervention in the
time specified by your support contract, and any guarantee in that sense will be lost.
